Refund policy

Our tubs are not flawless in appearance with each having minor marks & scratches from the manufacturing process. For transportation reasons, the size of each tub supplied can vary up to 50mm from the specified dimensions. If you are unhappy with your Koda Plunge for any reason, you have 30 days to get a full refund however please note you will have to pay for the cost to have it shipped back to us
